How does Metadev approach project development?
We offer our clients two modalities:
- Agile Project based on a team with a dedicated time frame based on sprints. We agree on an hourly rate with the client and execute the project sprint by sprint (2-3 weeks) prioritizing what adds the most value to the client. Shared risks, shared responsibility. This is our default working mode.
- Turnkey Project. Starting from a requirements document with a closed scope, Metadev commits to delivering it on time and within scope. Higher risk taken by Metadev.
Our goal is to establish a long-term relationship of trust with our clients. Therefore, our favorite mode of work is the first.
