Traitbase allows to explore ecological datasets related to injects likes bees and interaction with the flora.
Data gathered is standarized in a CSV format and imported preserving its metadata like species, measure attribution, timestamps and location.
Traitbase allows to classify species using the standard ITIS taxonomy.
An extra plugin traitbaser was developed to help scientist to easily consume the dataset using the R language to encourage opendata and reproducible science.
